2017 Carter Athletic Center Winter Health Fair

Saturday, January 14th, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Free Admission • Open to the Public • All ages welcome
Travel to a variety of local vendors and professionals to help you earn your PASSPORT to health!! Come play pickleball; try line-dancing, and participate in other healthy activities!  Plus, participate in several health screenings and take time to donate blood with the VA BloodServices set up in our GAME GYM.  Quality local professionals will all be on hand to show you the way to HEALTHY LIVING!!  Your journey starts HERE!!

Scheduled demonstrators include: 
10:15am- Cycle
10:30am- Roanoke Valley SPCA pet adoptions/introductions (pets present from 10am-12noon)
10:45am- Line Dancing
11:15am- Karate
11:30am- Pickleball
11:45am- Chair Yoga
​12:15pm- Hands Only CPR demo
12:30pm- Cardio Interval
12:45pm- Pump 
1:15pm- Yoga

VA Blood Services - Blood donations in the GAME GYM from 10am-2pm during the health fair.  We thank you in advance foryour support!!

National Kidney Foundation - Multiple screenings available from 10am-2pm during the health fair.  Participants may pre-register by calling 804-288-8342 x 723 or click on button below with "Register for KEEP health screening" in the SUBJECT line.
